We have an amazing opportunity for an Operations Manager, specifically aligned to our prestigious client – Warner Bros. You will manage the hospitality and events for the Studio and Production arm of the business.


The Operations Manager role is an extremely hands on role, so you won’t be afraid to get involved. You will have outstanding stakeholder management, be innovative and lead from the front. We are looking for a real trailblazer who can ensure the service is exceptional, be influential and evolve the business.

A day in the life of an Operations Manager:

  • Responsible for executing operational delivery of circa £2.5million revenues to agreed company standards
  • Managing the studio and production hospitality, including a busy staff restaurant with up to 350 per day
  • Accountable for the business commercial performance, through proactive strategic planning and value propositions.
  • Accountable for employee engagement and talent management
  • Accountable for client relations and communications.
  • Collaborative relationship with regional SME leads - Finance, Culinary, Marketing, HR, L&D
  • Driver for optimal PVI scoring
  • Maximise contract retention and upselling in area of responsibility
  • Responsible for Health & Safety / Food Safety requirements in line with Aramark policies and procedures.


You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Contract catering experience
  • Operating a management level in a similar organisation
  • Financial acumen and experience managing a P&L
  • IT literate and numerate; able to manage financials, report and forecast
  • Strong communicator who is able to build cross functional relationships
