Position Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for;

• Sales to Retail, Events, and DIY customers across the covered geography.

• Care of Product, both floral and hardgoods. Along with the daily pulling/packing/quality checking process.

• Delivery to our network of Retail & Event companies across our covered geography.

• Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the sales, warehouse, and delivery team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Schedule personnel and manage overtime.

● Manage personnel issues, across Sales, Warehouse and Delivery.

● Ensure training of or provide training to… as well as then accomplishing as a team;

• Warehouse activities including Inventory, Cooler up keep, Plant Care, Trash pick up and facility cleanliness/tidiness in the warehouse, equipment maintenance, product processing.

• Daily pulling, packing, load to vehicle process.

• Sales team CRM system usage, and processes in our sales cycle. To include Customer Service remediation.

• Delivery team proper care of product, vehicle maintenance, customer related paperwork, and quality/timely delivery.

• All other sales, warehouse, and delivery related duties.

● Oversee building and equipment maintenance.

● Enforce safety rules and regulations.

● Confer with customers, contractors, and other OWF associates as required.

● Sales forecasting on a weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.

● Meeting with Other leadership and company Advisors on a regularly scheduled basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● BA/BS .

● Knowledge of customer logistics.

● Valid Florida driver’s license with a period of 3 years without any accidents.

● 2 years of prior sales oversight in a customer retail/wholesale environment.

● 2 years of prior wholesale or retail oriented warehouse leadership experience.

● 2 years of prior wholesale or retail oriented driving and delivery experience.

● Knowledge of the Central Florida area and transportation routes.

● Knowledge of computer inventory systems.

● Customer service mentality.

● Team player with a spirit of kindness and compassion.

● Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

WORKING CONDITIONS

● Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and extended hours during

holidays.

● Must be able to work in variable warehouse temperatures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Able to lift 50 pounds.

● Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION OUTLINE/DRAFT;

• Base Salary on an annual basis of $55K to $65K

• 2% commission on sales done directly by the leader (although not a primary task of the role)

• (potential for) Quarterly Bonus of $1K per quarter for accomplishing agreed upon quarterly initiatives in Sales, Warehouse and Delivery

• PTO within Company Policy

• Insurance coverage within the company guideline after 90 days of successful employment and review.
