Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, production schedules, and daily operations. This role is integral to ensuring smooth workflows, quality control, and seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Develop and refine SOPs for fulfillment, inventory, and production; manage workflows using tools like Asana or ClickUp.
• Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Inventory & Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize stock levels.
• Launch Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to synchronize product launches.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, conduct audits, and provide data-driven updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven operations/production management experience, preferably in apparel or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with US-based supply chains and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in project management tools and inventory systems (Shopify is a plus).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
