To continue and expand this growth, the company is looking for an Operations Manager.\n\nResponsibilities of the Operations Manager:\n\nManagement of staff within the Depot including hire controllers, fitters, and drivers. \nGrow and develop customer accounts with a proven track record of increasing turnover.\nFully conversant with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures\nMentor staff alongside the HR Department, carrying out appraisals and salary reviews.\nBuild year on year and ensure flagship depot status - this depot is the leading light in the portfolio.\nRun this rental business operationally in terms of profit and loss, asset management, motivation, and mentoring a team of staff.\nThe Candidate\n\nThe successful candidate may have experience as a General Manager, Depot Manager, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager or Senior Manager related to the construction industry, such as plant, tools, powered access, accommodation, civils, utilities, or power .
