We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operational functions, process improvement, and team leadership for a company in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management. This role is hands-on, requiring a leader who can maximize efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless execution across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities


  • Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve workflows and reduce waste.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, train, and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with California labor laws, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Production & Inventory Management: Oversee production schedules, demand planning, and inventory levels to optimize output.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Use data analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
  • Crisis & Contingency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response strategies to mitigate risk and ensure business continuity.


What Were Looking For


  • Experience: 5+ years in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • Industry Expertise: Background in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations .
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to assess challenges, identify root causes, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Flexibility: Must be open to working nights, weekends, and holidays as neededoperations never stop.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Competitive Salary: $79,000 $125,000 per year
