We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about leading and managing operations to ensure the highest level of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Oversee production scheduling to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of new product launches.

- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and production workers to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain and minimize waste.

- Identify and manage potential risks, bottlenecks, and other production issues.

- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in operations management in a food manufacturing environment.

- Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and meeting production targets.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using production planning software.

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
