The Role

We are looking for a highly driven operations manager to lead and optimise our clients' operations, driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping their strategic direction, working closely with the Engineering Manager, Customer Services Manager, and Warehouse Manager to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop operational teams to drive efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Manage change effectively, introducing new processes and ways of working.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, customer service, and warehouse teams.
• Support the company’s ambitious growth targets by identifying process improvements.
• Balance local business needs with global company expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an operations management role within manufacturing (HVAC but not essential).
• Change management expertise, particularly in scaling operations or process transformation.
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in a global business environment, understanding the complexities of a subsidiary structure.
• Proactive problem solver, capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
