Are you passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, optimizing hotel operations, and leading dynamic teams? As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations while driving excellence across all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of key hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
- Work closely with department heads to enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue targets, cost controls, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to maintain a high-quality and secure environment.
- Serve as a key support to senior leadership, assisting with strategic initiatives and hotel-wide improvements.
