Job Overview

This is a newly created role designed to enhance our operational efficiency. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of 20 staff members, and ensuring smooth scheduling and time management. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and motivate a team of 20 cleaning professionals.
• Develop and implement shift schedules to ensure operational coverage.
• Oversee timesheet management, attendance tracking, and payroll reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleaning standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Monitor and manage supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.
• Generate reports on team performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with scheduling, shift management, and timesheet processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software is desirable.
• Commitment to maintaining high service standards.
