£60,000 - £70,000 per annum + Profit based bonus + Flexible working hours

Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to work at their state-of-the-art facility in Gloucester, where they manufacture high value, bespoke systems for a variety of high-profile clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a busy manufacturing site. This will involve managing the procurement, manufacture, assembly and delivery of specialist systems and products.
