About Us: Munie Greencare Professionals is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our Caseyville Branch. If you're skilled in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

*Manage daily operations across production, logistics, and purchasing.
*Make sure the field production managers have resources and information to execute work.
*Build schedules and work plans to support production teams.
*Ensure contract deliverables are being met.
*Drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
*Oversight of equipment and team resources.
*Lead and support your team, fostering a positive work environment.
*Manage a high volume of work orders over a wide portfolio across the STL market.
*Manage schedules to support high performance teams.
*Schedule work tickets to get them to the correct production team.
*Manage the process that supports the production management team.
*Develop and lead managers to support multiple crews over a large number of properties.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*Monitor performance, prepare reports, and use data for improvements.
*Address any issues affecting customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

*Experience in operations management.
*Strong administrative skills as it will be necessary to formulate and modify daily plans to accomplish all contractual obligations.
*Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
*Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
*Familiarity with operational software and tools.
*Excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure, and commitment to continuous improvement.
*Must be able to multi-task.
