We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in insulation, roofing, or HVAC industries. This role is pivotal in leading and managing our dynamic teams, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage at least 10 crews, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

-Coordinate projects, manage resources, and streamline processes.

-Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

-Control warehouse inventory and orders.

Requirements:

-Proven track record in insulation, roofing, or HVAC industries.

-Proven track record in overseeing large team management (10+ crews).

-Strong leadership and communication skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

-Expertise in Developing and Implementing Organizational Structures and Processes

-Being fluent in both English and Spanish is highly advantageous.
