Centre Point Recruitment is pleased to announce our partnership with a prominent estate agency located in North West London. Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of their Lettings and Property Management department. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless functioning of the department and enhancing overall service delivery.
Overview:
- Oversee and support a team of five staff members in the Lettings and Property Management departments.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio consisting of 400 properties.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the team with daily inquiries and challenges.
Essential requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate an excellent technical knowledge of Lettings and Property Management
- A valid driving license
- Team management experience
Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Basic salary: £40,000 - £45,000
