Summit Restoration is a fast-growing water damage restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly from property damage. We are looking for a highly organized and customerfocused individual to join our team as an Office & Customer Service Coordinator.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our Production Department, ensuring efficiency in fleet management, inventory control, and project supervision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing teams, optimizing stock levels, and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Office tasks (documentation control, photos review, etc)
• Lead and coordinate a small team of technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage company vehicles, equipment, and materials to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Implement cost-efficient supplier management and inventory control systems.
• Utilize Geotab, GoCanvas, Dropbox, or Airtable for tracking, reporting, and process optimization ().
• Supervise properties rented by the company.
• Conduct monthly or on-demand warehouse visits in Doral to ensure fleet compliance.
• Provide weekly reports on claim statuses, inventory, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in team leadership (experience managing technicians ).
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, logistics, and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze operations and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze photos of the damages found at the property and the technicals teams' works.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using tracking tools and excel, google drive, drop box and Airtable platform.
• Must be flexible—this is not a typical 9-5 desk job but a corporate role with field responsibilities.
• Must be comfortable traveling to Tampa periodically and visiting the Doral warehouse when needed.

Compensation & Benefits
