Job Description - Operations Manager Handling the Reservation, Operation & Reconfirmation team members Giving best rate for the File Handlers Checking the Availability in the Hotel Having Good coordination with the Hotels Access all online portals & compare the rates Checking the Deadline for the hotel payments in the google sheet Follow up with Hotel Voucher, Invoice & on time payments Updating the Hotel Sources in the Drive Internal Coordination with the Team and offer & tactical rates update Update the block out dates and various events in destinations Daily coordinate with the contract managers in the respective countries for Tactical offers Collaborates within the teams to execute the vision by conducting weekly meetings and timely task Ensure all the emergency calls are attended and passed to the relevant person for an instant solution Managing the workforce of the shifts and ensure no one is added more with the responsibilities All internal process after the confirmation will happen with his team Qualification : Any graduates with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in same field or relevant. Should have good communication skill.
