Your Impact in This Role

As

Operations/Plant Manager , you will have full responsibility for site operations at a 24/7 chemical facility with approximately 60 employees. You'll lead a team that includes 2 production managers and a small group of additional direct reports, while reporting directly to a regional manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend significant time on the production floor, engaging directly with hourly staff, fostering a culture of safety, and driving operational excellence. You will set high standards for performance, process safety, and continuous improvement to ensure the plant meets and exceeds all operational goals.

Background Profile

Leadership Expertise:

Minimum of 5+ years managing teams of at least 30 employees.


Industry Experience:

Must come from the

chemical industry , with preference for candidates from chemical distribution or similar environments.


Process Safety Knowledge:

Previous

PSM (Process Safety Management)

experience is highly .


Hands-On Approach:

A leadership style that values direct engagement with floor-level personnel and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
