OPERATIONS AND SALES MANAGER
This is an office-based position leading the day-to-day operations of AlphaCord and CryoChoice. Reports to the CEO.
Primary job duties include:
SALES & CLIENT SERVICE
· Develop working expertise in newborn stem cell/sperm processing and therapeutic uses. Utilize this knowledge as needed in discussions of clinical and scientific issues with prospective enrollees and medical professionals.
· Hire, Train, Manage and Develop high-performing sales team/personnel in receiving incoming calls/emails/Live Chats/ from prospects/current clients, answering their questions, meeting their needs, and obtaining enrollments, and providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
· Set individual and team sales quotas, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement by tracking sales activity, analyze sales data, and identify trends to optimize sales performance.
· Train and Manage Customer Sales staff on SOPs in procuring newborn stem cell/sperm samples appropriately.
· Demonstrate superlative customer sales/service when supplementing Customer Sales Specialists during busy times and handling escalated issues.
· Direct daily kit finalizing and shipping to clients.
· Handle all requests for sample releases, transfers, and disposals.
· Oversee digital document management.
· Interact with lab personnel to maintain quality and timely processing and communication.
· Regulatory - ongoing compliance
OPERATIONS
· Manage inventory of collection kit components, oversee kit production and assembly assuring quality and quantity standards are met.
· Manage inventory of laboratory processing and storage materials.
· Manage inventory of marketing materials,
· Manage payroll and After Hours call schedule.
BILLING
· Maintain expertise in daily billing functions of NetSuite
· Hire, train and manage Billing associates in performance of interaction with clients, processing payments, distributing invoices and statements, and other department activities.
· Perform payroll functions, and After Hours scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience in managing customer sales and billing associates
· Proficiency in CRM software
