Operations Supervisor Offshore

Labor Will be responsible for the smooth running of the operationalactivity of Newrest Angola, respecting our QHSE standards. Will have to implement the strategic actions defined by the Groupand relayed by the Operations Director of Newrest Angola, while making sure tocope with the targeted objectives previously defined.Tasks Specific toFunction:Traveloffshore at least 50% of the time, spending time on each of the sites for whichyou are responsible •Guarantee the level of quality of the servicesprovided to our clients•Make sure that the production teams adhere to ourstandards in term of health safety, food safety and HACCP •Detect issues in order to set corrective action plans •Monitor the operations of your scope on daily basis•Be a key player in the relationship with our clients•Be proactive in setting up action plans to improve ouroperations and services•Manage the teams and guarantee constant reporting accuratelyand on time to your Management•Realization of regular operational reports reportingthe overall balance of the operation (PRJ, Timesheet, menu vs outputform,Inventory, Kpis, monthly result and traceability)•Monitor spreadsheet of inventory volume of dailyproducts, indicators•Coordinate and monitor closely sypply orders, rotationof stock and movements of goods• Control storage organization on sites•Find ways to improve our services, propose new workmethods, develop the know-how in our business sites •Make sure of the correct use of Winrest by your teams •Follow the Group guidelines in term of implementationof innovation solutions, where applicable•Make sure the golden rules of the Group are followed(Inventory control, expense claims…) •Control the use of individual safety equipment by theemployees •Inform about the performance of the quality managementsystem and the opportunities for improvement •Participate actively in the trainingof the teams •Ensureappliance of Newrest Non Negociable HSE rule, realize weekly audits as pertarget given by management •Ensurethe deployment and proper use of Winrest and Digital solutions Perfil TBOSIETSeaman BookEnglish speaker (mandatory), Portuguese/French is a +International offshore experienceAvailable immediately
