Operations support Specialist
About the role
The role will cover all communications with local Customers and suppliers for Upgrades projects reporting to Installation managers. Providing availability to all F2F meetings and covering all language barriers with different local stockholders.
Essential Responsibilities:
- S/N Task Tool
- Immigration follow up (arrival to/from country & site) Email
- Creating Gantt chart . P6
- Support on Outages logistics as Accommodation and Transportation bookings Emails
- Building a Mobilization trackers including all line-up travel and site access requirements as trainings and medical certifications Excel
- Updating Fieldworks with Non-technical data Fieldworks
- Following hour tracker file through the outages. Excel
- Support SMs during outages in daily logistics communication with all assigned resources Emails
- Following with suppliers invoicing Emails
- Uploading Lesson Learned on the tool LL tool
- Follow up the TDB docs , ( FSRs submission , signed SQCL ,One Drive access) One Drive
To be sucessful:
- Engineering certificate for any accredited universities.
- Technical background on rotating equipment .
- Experienced in using Microsoft office tools and Primavera planning tools .
- Can handle crew mobilization with different suppliers.
- Wellness to learn .
- Solid Communication skills.
