Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Technology (OT) Manager with

specialized expertise in dealing with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) including its

subcomponents such as DCS, PLCs and SCADA systems. As an Operations Technology

Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration, operation, and

maintenance of OT systems within our organization..

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OT

systems across the organization. Ensure the efficient and secure operation of OT

infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related software.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on OT systems, possessing a deep understanding of

SCADA protocols, data acquisition, and industrial control systems. Provide guidance and

support to the team and other stakeholders in OT related matters.

• Implement and enforce security measures to protect OT systems from cyber threats and

unauthorized access. Stay updated with industry best practices and compliance

standards related to OT security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OT systems with other technologies

and business processes. Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements to

maintain optimal performance and functionality.

• Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve technical issues and anomalies within the OT

systems. Develop and execute effective incident response plans to address system

failures and security breaches promptly.

• Build and oversee a team of OT specialists and technical professionals, providing

mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and

innovative work environment.

• Engage with OT system vendors and service providers to assess technology offerings,

negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and support services.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of OT system configurations, procedures, and

changes. Provide regular reports on system performance, availability, and security status

to management.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for relevant teams to enhance their

understanding of OT systems and security best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Operations Technology Manager or similar role, with a focus on

ICS systems.

• In-depth knowledge of SCADA protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC), data acquisition,

and industrial control systems.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, particularly in the

context of SCADA systems.

• Experience in managing and implementing SCADA projects and system integrations.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to SCADA and ICS including

NERC-CIP

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex

technical issues.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with

stakeholders at all levels.
