Role – This is a great opportunity for an Oracle EBS Systems Analyst to provide comprehensive application functionality, configuration and support expertise. This individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile best practices, removing obstacles, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders. You will work with business analysts, architects, technical experts on the solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the applications.


Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Analyse and evaluate ERP application functionality and provide recommendations to improve business processes, capabilities and increase utilisation of application functionalities.

\n

• Determine and document optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.

\n

• Develop expertise in latest Oracle ERP application changes and solution trends and functionality.

\n

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant vendors and work with them to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues.

\n

• Act as subject matter expert on all processes, procedures, and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support.

\n

• Create and manage functional specifications for a given project and configurations will be applied to create the program, application, or complete solution.

\n

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

\n

• Create complete Solution design documents, Test cases and Test scripts as required.

\n

• Create diagrams, models, and documentation to build a solution that meets business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

\n
• In depth understanding on Oracle EBS Table structure.

\n

• Functional knowledge and implementation experience in the following Oracle R12 EBS Modules; Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing (CST), Inventory (INV), Oracle Warehouse Management etc.
  Experience in solution configuration and creating, designing and formulating models.

\n

• Experience with diagrams and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, build and test automation, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements to meet business needs.

\n

• Ability to validate a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools, and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.

\n

• Ability to troubleshoot on peripheral integrations.

\n

• Extensive experience understanding business process and designing solutions as per business requirements.

\n

• Ability to manage complex issues and make sense of complex, high quantity, and information to effectively solve problems.

\n
