About The Role: You will undertake and report on field inspection activities/outcomes to scope and monitor the delivery of work and verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements. This will include: Deliver timely, accurate and effective scoping of works by adhering to the scoping program Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes, policies and contract requirements when assigning work to contractors. Identify and resolve compliance issues in collaboration with contractors, issuing necessary notices when required. About the ideal candidate: You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following: Have a construction/trades background and have inspected residential houses Strong stakeholder management skills Understanding of the Australian Building Codes and Australian Standards **Please note this is a construction role** What’s in it for you?
