Whether you're new to outside sales or a seasoned professional, we provide training. There's no high-pressure selling; your unique, top-quality product addresses critical issues faced by your target market daily.

You'll receive top-notch training and support to fast-track your success and earnings potential. Compensation includes a base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience), plus commission and benefits, with the potential to earn a six-figure income within a reasonable timeframe.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 Base + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Develop the territory by effectively prospecting, utilizing phone and in-person calls
• Secure appointments for "At the Desk" meetings and presentations
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships to establish a referral network using specific tools and ongoing "farming" activities
• Drive revenue through a well-organized and supported work plan

Qualifications:

• Successful track record in sales, whether experienced or eager to learn
• Willingness to receive guidance and strive for a six-figure income
• Openness to adopting new approaches continually
• Proficiency in building strong relationships and earning trust
• Familiarity with metrics-based strategies, CRM tools, and marketing automation
• Seeking a long-term career opportunity
• Knowledge of Property Managers, insurance agents, and plumbing/mechanical contractors is advantageous
