About the Role:

As an Outside Roofing & Construction Sales Representative/Project Manager, you’ll generate leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide clients through the claims process. Building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions will be your focus.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• A late model, midsize or larger pickup truck (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfort with heights

Skills:

• Project management experience
• Strong customer service and networking abilities
• Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Personal Traits:

• Hunter mentality with drive and ambition
• Hardworking, motivated, and coachable team player

Daily Responsibilities:

Mornings: Prospecting, inspecting roofs, and assisting homeowners with claims.

Lunch: Meetings and pre-call planning.

Afternoons: Continue prospecting, conducting inspections, and filing claims.

The Opportunity:

Earning Potential:

• Competitive base pay plus commission for up to the first 90 days, transitioning to commission-only with unlimited earning potential!
• Year one income potential: $150-$200k; Year two and beyond: $200k+.
• Top performers earning $300K+ and some exceeding $500K!
