We are looking for Packaging Line Project Engineer for our client in Wilson, NC

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• The individual will be responsible for Project planning, execution, and closure on the installation of new packaging equipment.
• The Project Engineer must ensure projects are carried out efficiently and on time in coordination with the Engineering and Maintenance Team and other relevant departments. 
• The Project Engineer must work to engineering best practice standards and be compliant with cGMP.
• Project Management in facilities/engineering.
• Work with a design engineering firm during the design phase.
• Work with Operations to specify packaging equipment for purchase.
• Manage contractors and vendors to coordinate construction and equipment install.
• Work with vendors to start up and commission equipment.
• Work with our validation engineers during qualification.
• Requires an engineering degree or background in facility engineering.  
• Experience managing projects of similar scope and in a pharmaceutical environment (highly preferred).
