Location: Nottingham, UK

Type: Hybrid (Office-based with flexibility to work remotely)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (Approx. 6 months temporary, leading to a permanent contract)

Rate: £30-£35 per hour



About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PAGA Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Nottingham. This role requires expertise in Public Address/General Alarms (PAGA) systems, with a preference for candidates who also have experience with Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of PAGA systems for various projects.



Key Responsibilities:



Design, implement, and maintain PAGA systems in line with project specifications and standards.

Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated system design and delivery.

Conduct surveys and assessments to determine optimal system configurations.

Develop detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of PAGA systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PAGA systems.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.Requirements:



Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining PAGA systems.

Familiarity with PAVA systems is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.

Proficient in using engineering design software and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work from the office in Nottingham, with the flexibility for hybrid working.
