Paralegal opportunity for Tampa Law Firm. This is a permanent hybrid/remote position. 1 to 2 days WFH.  Litigation experience is required. Salary listed is a range and depends on experience. Firm also offers: bonus, parking, health, dental and vision insurance, paid Life, LTD , PTO, paid holidays, 401K, plus more.

Duties Include

• Answering and propounding discovery
• Analyzing, organizing discovery documents
• Drafting pleadings, motions, orders
• Summarizing records involved in a matter
• Working with experts
• Preparing attorneys for hearings, depositions and trials
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit and witness lists
