Job Title: Part III Architect \n\nLocation: Oxford\n\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nCompany Overview: My client is a dynamic, forward-thinking architectural practice known for delivering innovative and sustainable designs across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, educational and mixed-use projects. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a talented and driven Part III Architect with strong Revit skills to join our collaborative and growing practice.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead design and technical development for various projects from concept through to delivery.\nWork closely with clients, consultants, and other team members to achieve project goals.\nPrepare and review architectural drawings, models, and specifications using Revit.\nEnsure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.\nOversee and support junior team members in project delivery.\nManage the coordination of design across multiple disciplines.\nContribute to project meetings and client presentations.\nEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.Essential Skills & Experience:\n\nQualified Part III Architect with RIBA (or equivalent) accreditation.\n1 year minimum post qualification experience.\nStrong proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation.\nExperience in delivering projects from design through to construction.\nSolid understanding of UK building regulations and standards.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.Desirable Skills:\n\nExperience in project management and coordination.\nFamiliarity with other software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.\nCommertial / Residential / Educational project experience. \nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nFlexible working arrangements.\nOpportunities for career growth and professional development.\nA collaborative, creative, and supportive work environment.\nExciting and varied projects across multiple sectors.How to Apply: If you are a motivated, talented Part III Architect with excellent Revit skills and are looking to join an innovative architectural practice, we would love to hear from you!
