Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop scientific content and submit progress reports and grant applications to the NIH.

Implement and manage project plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Plan and execute communication strategies for the Longevity and Healthy Aging initiative via newsletters, mass emails, events, and social media.

Manage pilot projects and their subcontracts on a day-to-day basis.

Organize the Longevity and Healthy Aging seminar series, including coordinating speakers, scheduling, and logistics.

Facilitate communication and coordination between leadership, faculty, and staff.

Provide general support to the director.

Implement and evaluate daily activities of the center or program, making recommendations to impact policies and programs.

Collect and analyze data, create reports, and evaluate alternative solutions to achieve program goals.

Analyze and interpret policies; develop and revise procedures for programs or initiatives.

Organize outreach activities, including developing communications and training, and planning events or conferences.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability to create and submit progress reports and documentation to the NIH through their online portal.

Awareness of NIH rules and compliance requirements.

Experience assisting pilot awardees in preparing documents for the NIH, including IRB documents.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to make independent, sound decisions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Relevant subject matter knowledge in digital health, health informatics, or related fields.
