Parts and Inventory Specialist.
Permanent full-time position as a Parts and Inventory Specialist within an established family owned construction business in the Darwin region. For a Workshop Procurement Assistant, Parts Coordinator, or Parts and Operations Coordinator interested in Ordering and collecting parts for servicing and repairs of the company fleet. Requires previous experience with heavy vehicle parts and good computer skills Salary guide: $90000 - $100000 Darwin , NT A normal day includes Working as part of a team and assist with manual tasks as needed Utilize computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, for various tasks Handle mid to high volume of phone calls with internal staff and suppliers. Maintain and organize the internal parts/store, including stock control and inventory Ordering and collecting parts and consumables for servicing and repairs of the company fleet Update and perform data entry for internal company documentation, such as Fleet Service spreadsheet and job card spreadsheet Manage bulk diesel for company use, including monitoring usage, obtaining quotes, and organizing delivery You will be working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm + Half Day Saturday Your next employer is a reputable company, known for successful civil projects, They have a well-maintained fleet including dozers, graders, loaders, compactors, backhoes, rollers, service trucks, side-tippers, water trucks, and prime movers. with a strong industry presence in the construction industry.
