HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Large RV Manufacturing company is hiring and looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep. with Warranty Claim on parts background. We are searching for a hardworking, dependable candidate with either RV Customer Service or Automotive Customer Service background. Someone with a great attitude and personality and great communication skills to be able to build long term relationships with our Vendors/Dealers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have strong Customer Service skills
Must have experience in Warranty Claims on parts.
Candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Computer literate, Written Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
MUST HAVE THE EXPERIENCE IN EITHER MANUFACTURING OR DEALERSHIP INDUSTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Communicate effectively with dealers as well as with customers
*Must be able to write up warranty claims authorizations (manager to approve authorizations)
*Process Warranty Parts requests
*Manage incoming calls and emails
*MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF Processing Warranty Claims for Parts
*RV OR AUTOPARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND PREFERRED. ONLY THOSE WITH THIS BACKGROUND NEED APPLY. NO RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR INSURANCE CLAIIMS..
