Payroll & Benefits Manager (Hybrid) - Brentford - to £62000 + Benefits\n\nThe role:\n  \n Payroll \n \nFull end to end processing of our monthly in-house payroll.   \nWorking alongside HR contacts at each of the studios to collect payroll data and ensuring this is entered into the payroll system (Workday).   \nManually entering data as and when required.

  \nPaying the necessary disbursements (e.g. HMRC liabilities, court orders etc.). \nManaging parental leave calculations.

  \nEnsuring all tax year end processes are completed (P60s, P11D(b)s).   \nProcessing the monthly pension upload.   \nWorking closely with the Finance team for payroll reconciliations.

  \nConsistently reviewing processes to ensure optimisation.   \nWorking with the systems team to ensure the configuration of business processes in Workday meets payroll requirements.   \nTaking ownership for payroll compliance.

  \nBeing the main point of contact for any payroll queries.    Benefits  \n \nManaging the annual benefits renewal process.   \nUploading necessary reports for our benefits provider.

  \nCoordinating onsite days and virtual sessions (e.g. pension roadshows, health screenings, flu jabs).   \nCommunicating benefits to employees, ensuring that staff are aware of the current offerings and informed of any changes.
