- Design and architect scalable Pega solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead the development team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and validate requirements.
- Implement Pega best practices and design patterns to enhance system performance.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to optimize Pega applications.
- Architect integration solutions between Pega and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and architectural diagrams.
- Facilitate design workshops and architectural discussions with stakeholders.
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Stay current on Pega developments and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Pega development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Pega version updates and enhancements.
- Experience with Pega 8.x and associated technologies.
- Professional certification in Pega (e.g., Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect) is .
- Proven experience in architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
