about the role Analyse project and application/product requirementsCreate Test Plan and Test Cases/Test ReportExecute and validate Test ScriptsProvide support during User Acceptance Tests (UAT)Develop expertise on a specific application/toolsUse defect tracking system and follow defect life cycleDesign Test Strategy Plan documentDesign and implement functional/integration/regression/performance/load testingMentor and coach junior team members on technical and business knowledge of application(s) about you Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in performance testing and engineering.Experience on performance tools ( for , Neoload or Jmeter)Good knowledge on different protocal ( for eg. HTTP, SOAP, etc.)Working exposure on Linux and shell scriptingGood knowledge on Application and Web servers ( for eg.
