Permanent Site Manager - Groundworks & Infrastructure Projects
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee groundworks and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of groundworks and infrastructure projects.
* Team Leadership: Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of performance.
* Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.
* Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
* Resource Management: Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including progress, costs, and any deviations from the plan.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in groundworks and infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

Education:
