About the Role

One of the Midwest’s largest independent insurance agencies seeks experienced Personal Lines Account Managers to join their Ohio and Michigan teams. They need your expertise to immediately step in to service a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, some carriers and others standard market insurers. Your accounts vary based on client needs and account complexity including high net worth clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Keys to your success include:

• Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status and renewals.
• Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery.
• Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies.

Skills & Experience

1. At least three (3) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) policies.
2. Exposure to working with private client group accounts and companies that specialize in these risks is .
3. Active state insurance license is required.

Job Specs

The agency offers a hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week work-from-home.
