The Role

We are looking for a Personnel Security Program Manager to lead a team of security professionals on a government contract. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the programme, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and delivering high-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial.
- Supervise contract Personnel Security and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Interface with key stakeholders and manage corporate time, attendance, travel, and pay benefits.
- Interview, select, and place contractor Personnel Security personnel.
- Deliver quality deliverables and program conclusions on time and within budget.
- Plan, organize, and administer work assignments and ensure timely report submissions.
- Review and adjudicate reports to determine security clearance status.
The Person
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in multiple Personnel Security disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Security Administration.
- Knowledge of managing employees on pay issues, benefits, and government contractual requirements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must reside in the Springfield, VA area
- Familiarity with eQIP, CVS, NCIC, DISS, ISMS, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook/Teams.
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
