Job Title: Pest Control Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Commitment to upholding our brand standards and service-oriented culture
- Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various clients, vendors, and co-workers
- Learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operations of a pest control service route
- Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each client
- Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet client needs for a complete pest management program
- Serve as a problem solver for your client by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each clients needs
- Complete all required service-related documentation and utilize your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy
Qualifications:
- High degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
- Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment
- Ambitious, results-driven, and not afraid of healthy competition
- Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
- Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
- Safely use a ladder
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather and temperature conditions
- Obtain and maintain required state licensing
- Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
