We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Solutions Technician to join our team. This position requires a hands-on problem-solver with a strong work ethic who is ready to take on a variety of challenges in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest solution services such as exclusions, removals, and treatments for various pests, including pigeons, rodents, bees, and gophers.
• Conduct general pest control treatments for residential and commercial clients.
• Safely use power tools for exclusion and repair work, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Climb ladders and work at heights when necessary to access roofs and other elevated areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide excellent customer care.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must not be afraid of heights; comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.
• Prefers at least 2+ years experience in the pest control industry
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across the service area.
• Basic understanding of power tool usage and safety.
• Punctual and dependable; must arrive on time and prepared for work.
• Presentable and articulate; able to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to the unique aspects of pest solutions.
