If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities:Work closely with wells team, production and reservoir engineering teamsTo manage, interpret, and integrate data related to performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of well performance and reservoir managementTo write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for reviewCompliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approveDatabase management using SharePoint and other Document Control DatabasesRequired Skills (Technical Competency):Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering with minimum GPA and above3- 6 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas E&P industry.Prior experience on leading a team of Reservoir Engineers/ Petroleum EngineersStrong analytical skills to evaluate critical operating parameters through data and trend analysisExperience on AFE (Authorization for expenditure) is a mustExperience in reservoir surveillance, analysis, wells testing, and report writingKnowledge of basic reservoir engineering concepts including: Key reservoir / fluid characterization properties such as PVT and SCAL propertiesBasic well design and completion / stimulation technologiesDepletion planning and resource migration for primary, secondary and enhanced recovery mechanismsAnalytical performance prediction including decline curve analysis and material balance calculations; Pressure transient analysisProduction Network modelling and basics on facilities operationsExposure to various artificial lift methods and systemsExperience in programming languages such as Python, Dashboards such as Tableau and Power BI will be an advantageExperience with Engineering Applications such as IPM, Kappa, Prosper, Eclipse, and Ecrin (Saphir) will be an advantageAble to work in shift hoursDesired Skills:Exposure to Reservoir Engineering in upstream oil and gas production industryExperience on tools IPM, Kappa, Prosper, Eclipse, Ecrin (Saphir), Tableau and Power BIMust have skills on Team management, Leading a team of 3-4 engineersCandidates only with Mud logging experience would not be consideredCandidates with 8+ years of experience would not be preferred.
