Job Title: Pipeline Integrity Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide operational support and act as the technical expert within the Subsea & Pipeline Integrity division, advising on best practices and solutions.
- Budget and Planning: Participate in annual budgeting for major projects such as EPRS, Underwater Surveys, ILI Inspections, and PIMS, ensuring well-justified plans and schedules.
- Pipeline Integrity Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS) to address threats, risks, mitigation plans, and performance monitoring. Identify and apply innovative technologies.
- Inspection Strategy: Prepare and maintain short- and long-term inspection plans, including scopes for ILI, ROV, CP, and acoustic surveys. Assess findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- Documentation Management: Generate and maintain documentation related to PIMS, including inspection scopes, anomaly databases, KPI reports, and Annual Integrity Reports.
- Emergency Readiness: Support the Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS) for all subsea pipelines, ensuring program activities are executed safely and effectively.
- Subject Matter Leadership: Act as an SME in pipelines and subsea structural integrity, overseeing SPI program tasks and verifying results through comprehensive reporting.
- Compliance and Assessment: Conduct internal and external assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with management systems, including QGMS.
- Root Cause Analysis: Participate in RCFA, incident investigations, and risk assessments. Collaborate with Quality groups and develop studies to understand and implement new technologies.
- Future Planning: Provide input on the integrity of proposed pipeline projects to ensure long-term reliability and compliance.
What You Bring:
Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Structural, or Pipeline Engineering.
Experience:

- 8+ years in the oil and gas sector, focusing on pipeline operations, integrity inspections, corrosion, maintenance, or design/construction.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline corrosion, failure mechanisms, and process safety.
- Proven expertise in risk-based integrity management and corrosion control.
Skills:

- Proficiency in engineering software tools.
