Essential Functions


Provides day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually. Independently works on problems of high complexity. Coordinates with internal and external technical partners as needed.


Delivers application using deployment systems, oversees upgrades and enhancements, and coordinates interfaces of applications.

Oversees management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinates new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.


Proficiently demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.


Serves as mentor for less experienced staff. Participates in special projects and/or performs other duties as assigned.

Clinical or hospital : onsite role, working knowledge of C BOARD, required to have Bachelor's Degree, CS or IT tech, min 4 years of experience in healthcare industry
