The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and at least 8 years of experience in the oil & gas construction industry. As a Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the installation of piping systems for our construction projects. Your expertise will ensure the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our piping systems, contributing significantly to our operational success.Main Responsibilities:Design and analyze piping systems, equipment layouts, and pipe stress analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Develop detailed piping specifications, including selection of materials and equipment for use in the design and construction phases.Coordinate with project management and multidisciplinary teams to integrate piping systems into overall project designs.Conduct field surveys and studies to prepare engineering drawings and documents for piping systems.Manage and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Perform risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues related to piping design and installation.Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and safety standards in all piping engineering activities.Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in piping engineering to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
