PIPING ENGINEER OFFSHORE

Develop and review piping design documents, including P&IDs, isometric drawings, and piping layouts. Perform pipe stress analysis and flexibility analysis to ensure system integrity and compliance with standards. Specify and select piping materials, components, and fittings based on project requirements and standards. Provide technical support during the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of the project. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving piping-related issues. Ensure that piping designs are compliant with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all piping design activities. Prepare technical reports, calculations, and datasheets for review and approval. Ensure that all documentation is properly archived and maintained according to company procedures. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., process, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integrated project delivery. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure the correct specification, procurement, and installation of piping equipment and materials. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on piping engineering activities.
