This prestigious multi-disciplinary project, valued at over $600M, offers a long-term opportunity as you play an essential role contributing to the project’s success. From the initial project startup to on-site construction and commissioning support, you will be involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle.As a pivotal team member, your role as a Planner will primarily focus on the initial setup of the project, based initially out of our Victoria Park head office. Subsequently, you will transition to a site-based position undertaking a 2:1 FIFO roster (ex any capital city) during the construction phase. This arrangement ensures that you will have a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to the project's success.Key Responsibilities:Development of a detailed execution schedule(s) based on the scope of works.Development of comprehensive basis of schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and critical path informationMonitor and update key dates and sequencing of the schedule.Development and management of schedules deliverables, including but not limited to resource histograms, equipment histograms, procurement plans, quantity curves, and bedding forecasts.Review planning and scheduling documentation and identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project execution teamAssist the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules on behalf of the ProjectEnsure that appropriate planning and scheduling techniques and systems are implemented to meet the projects needsWork cooperatively with a team to accomplish project goals.Ensure that all project, engineering and procurement planning and scheduling information is available to service construction needs. Prepare planning/scheduling/cost control information into correspondence, forms, reports or databases; prepares information for dissemination to other.Establishing client relationships, making group presentations and communicating effectively with site personnelWhy us?We provide the benefits you’d expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?Our work.
