Planning Engineer

The following are the basic job requirements for the said role: - The candidate should have previous work experience of minimum 4 years in scheduling and planning activities of works carried out under civil structures.- Expertise in preparation of work programs, critical paths and target milestones based on the time schedule of the project.- Previous work experience in preparation of subcontractors' work orders, rate analysis of various construction activities at site.- Expert in drafting contractual communication/letters to client.- Experience in subcontractor handling and billing, client billing and other planning related works.- Keen eye for details related to Project Quality standards & safety standards related to the construction activities- Good resource management skills- Good communication skills
