Planning Engineer

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in the civil engineering industry, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities Create and develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are aligned with project requirements and objectives. Conduct resource allocation and cost estimation for project planning purposes. Collaborate with all stakeholders to gather necessary information and inputs for the development and maintenance of project schedules. Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or issues. Conduct schedule analysis and impact assessments to provide recommendations for schedule adjustments or corrective actions. Ensure that project schedules are updated in a timely manner and reflect any changes or deviations from the original plans. Provide regular reports and updates on project schedules to management and other key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the civil engineering industry. Proficient in using project management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to project planning and scheduling.
