Ourclient is seeking an experienced Planning EngineerRisk Management to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in construction projectswith expertise in both infrastructure and building works. The rolerequires familiarity with permits and authority approvals in AbuDhabi along with a solid understanding of construction planningrisk management and scheduling practices and tools. The candidatewill be instrumental in reviewing schedules identifying schedulerisks conducting schedule risk analyses and supporting generalplanning risk management and reportingtasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supporton regular review of the projects status and assessing project riskrating in line with the approved risk ratingplatform

• Support inreviewing contractors schedules and master schedules to identifyschedule risks.

• Verify theintegrity of the project forecast by analysing production ratesactivity relationships critical path elements and alignment withlocal permits and authority approval requirements in AbuDhabi.

• Verify the integrityof the master schedule forecast and identify key schedulerisks

• Regular review ofprojects risk registers to ensure all schedule risks are properlytracked

• Support onquantitative schedule risk analysis using Primavera RiskAnalysis.

• Support thedevelopment and implementation of risk mitigationplans.

• Monitor and report onescalated project risks ensuring accurate and timely updates tostakeholders.

• Assist ingeneral planning and schedulingtasks.

• Prepare detailedreports and dashboards on project schedules risks andprogress.

• Work closely withthe internal team of projects planning managers to ensure effectivecommunication and alignment on projectobjectives.

• Support on thecontinuous improvement of project planning and risk mitigationpractices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in civil engineering Construction Management or a relatedfield.

• Minimum of 7 years ofexperience in construction projects preferably with exposure toboth infrastructure and buildingworks.

• Previous experienceworking in Abu Dhabi is a strongadvantage.

• Experience inboth contractor and consultant environments ispreferred.

• Proficiency inPrimavera P6 ismandatory.

• Knowledge ofPrimavera Risk Analysis is a significantadvantage.

• Goodunderstanding of risk management principles and their applicationin constructionprojects.

• Advanced in usingexcel and powerpoint

• Excellent analyticaland problemsolvingskills.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal abilities to interact effectively withstakeholders at alllevels.

• Detailoriented witha focus on delivering highqualityoutputs.
