PLANNING ENGINEERS

1.Member of Project Controls Team for scheduling, Monitoring and Progress Measurement2.Developing and regularly updating Integrated Project schedule, monitoring progress status and reporting to ensure Client satisfaction3.Analyzing Project Schedule and identifying any area of concern (critical path, clashes, early start) 4.Reporting regular progress to Client and internal Management including Dashboard updating5.Interface with project management team and client counterparts for issues related to planning and scheduling activities6.Coordinate with contracts department on issues and strategies related to variations and disputed claims7.Perform risk analysis as and when necessary, define and update Project Work Breakdown Structure in consultation with the Project Control Manager / Project Manager8.Elaborate, update and revise Project schedule in close co-operation with the Project Manager9.Examine closely subcontractors execution schedule and progress reports and analyze and control subcontractors’ scheduling methodology 10.Organize all necessary meetings related to scheduling activities at work centers11.Participate to reviews and technical audits on Scheduling and Progress Reporting 12.Provide Project Control related data for Project close out report at the completion of the project
