Job Description

A new opportunity for a Planning Solicitor or Associate to join a leading law firm based in Edinburgh.

Candidates will ideally have 0-6 years' PQE (or those with more experience will also be considered).

In particular, the team is looking for experience in any or all of work under the Electricity Act 1989, the Town and Country Planning Acts, Planning Act 2008, the Transport and Works Acts, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review. Applicants with some experience of these sectors, but with a non-planning legal specialism, will also be considered.
